It forms complex, fan-shaped trusses. Usually trained to 2-3 stems.

🍅 Fruit Characteristics: Bright yellow, slightly ribbed, obovate (lemon-shaped) fruits with a distinct pointed beak. Average weight is 50-60g (1.7-2 oz). High beta-carotene content.

👅 Flavor & Texture: The taste is highly debated among growers. Due to low acidity, some find it “bland” or “ordinary” for fresh eating, while others (especially kids and some adults) absolutely love its mild, sweetish profile. However, everyone agrees it is spectacular for canning and pickling.

⏳ Yield & Maturity: Mid-late to late season (115-125 days).
