Often distributed by the Russian seed vendor Valery Popenko.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Plant Habit:<\/strong> Indeterminate (though some growers note it behaves more like a mid-tall semi-determinate). It does not produce excessive foliage or suckers, making it relatively low-maintenance. Can be successfully pruned to 2, 3, or even 4 stems. Popenko advertised it as a highly productive variety&#8230; and I even have questions about whether it&#8217;s truly an indeterminate. I was going to try again to get a big harvest in 2014, but thank you for bringing up this variety and sharing your impressions. I grew it in two stems. Despite our rainy, cold summer, it was quite productive and tasty. I really want to keep it on my grow list, but there are so many other varieties I want to try. Seeds were from Lida. The fruits are large, did not crack, there were a lot of them and they all looked uniform, without any white cores or hard green spots at the stem.
