An incredibly vigorous and powerful plant that can easily reach 2 meters (6.5 ft) in height. Performs beautifully both outdoors in the open garden and in greenhouses.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83c\udf45 <strong>Fruit Characteristics:<\/strong> Yellow plum or &#8220;icicle&#8221; shaped fruits. They grow in massive, heavy trusses of 8 to 11 tomatoes. The flesh is dense and slightly on the dry\/meaty side, with very little loose gel.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udc45 <strong>Flavor &amp; Uses:<\/strong> While the flavor is good for fresh eating, its true calling is <strong>canning and processing<\/strong>. The yellow fruits are clustered in trusses of 8-11. I really liked it for canning in jars; it&#8217;s quite firm and didn&#8217;t fall apart or turn to mush. The late harvest had great keeping quality in storage.
