It was introduced to the gardening world by Craig LeHoullier. In Russia, it’s known as “Burrakerskie Lyubimtsy”.

🌿 Plant Habit: Indeterminate. The plant is notorious for having somewhat “wimpy” or sparse foliage, which makes you wonder how it can support such heavy loads. It can be a bit finicky and is known to drop blossoms in extreme heat.

🍅 Fruit Characteristics: Massive, gorgeous bi-color beefsteaks (golden yellow marbled with ruby red). Fruits frequently hit the 1 to 2 lb mark (500g – 1kg+). First fruits on the bottom trusses can sometimes be catfaced or wonky.

👅 Flavor: Legendary. It has an intensely sweet, fruity, and complex flavor with almost zero acidity. Many growers rate it as one of the best-tasting tomatoes they’ve ever grown.

🍅 Grown this variety? Click here to add your own photos and review below!

M

Marishka (Marina) ⭐ Pro Grower (2,330 posts)

Finally got to my absolute favorites 🙂.
