They have few seeds, are meaty, sweet, yellow-orange in color, weighing 3.5-5.3 oz (100-150 g), with some reaching up to 10.5 oz (300 g). I planted it &#8220;at the feet&#8221; of my tall indeterminates (as an understory crop). The bush that grew in direct sunlight topped out at 3.3 feet (100 cm), but the one that ended up completely in the shade shot right up to 5.5 feet (170 cm)!<\/p>\n<p>It turned out to be an incredibly resilient variety, a true survivor. On one of the bushes, the fruits grew out pale yellow and very watery\/runny &#8211; totally useless for canning or processing. The rest were vibrant orange and nice and firm.
