Needs plenty of room to roam and does well when pruned to 2-4 stems. Prone to blossom drop in extreme heat.

🍅 Fruit Characteristics: Classic bicolor beefsteaks. The skin and flesh are a beautiful marbled mix of golden yellow and ruby pink. Weight varies from 8.8 to 14 oz (250-400 g). Very few seeds.

👅 Flavor: Exceptional. A highly sweet, honey-like flavor that heavily leans towards the sweet pink/red tomato profile rather than the mild yellow profile.
