This is a common phenomenon with many late-season harvests. When night temperatures drop drastically in autumn, the cold stress disrupts the plant’s ability to convert starches into sugars. This often results in late-season fruits tasting bland, mealy, or even slightly bitter compared to the exact same tomatoes harvested during the warm summer months!

📌 Quick Summary (TL;DR): Zheltyi Shar (Yellow Globe) 🌍 Origin: A commercial variety.
