Produces all season long.

For me, it turned out to be a late season variety, but that’s mostly my own fault. My seedlings were just dying off this year. So the fact that it even survived in my conditions is a huge PLUS.

The harvest window really is long. To get the most out of it here in Siberia, it’s best to grow it in a greenhouse. You can run it outdoors in the dirt too, though, since it showed great disease resistance. I pulled my last plants super late, a good two weeks after all the stragglers had given up.

I don’t think it got enough sun to develop that perfect flavor, mostly because we had a very overcast and rainy summer. Still, it tasted good, just a bit on the tart side.
