I decided to fix that because it&#8217;s a pretty interesting tomato.<\/p>\n<p>There aren&#8217;t that many tomatoes of this type, and they always grab your attention. It is an oblate beefsteak, tricolor. Some people compare it to Copper River, but they are clearly different varieties.<\/p>\n<p>The taste is fantastic. It&#8217;s not just sweet, it has a bright, perfectly balanced flavor. A huge plus for this variety is its heavy yield, which is highly unusual for this type of tomato.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, my Maple Syrup grew right next to Renegade (which is a similar type) under the exact same conditions, and it left Renegade in the dust.<\/p>\n<p>Strong, tall bush in the greenhouse. And in terms of plant vigor, it falls behind Renegade for me. My Renegade plant was absolutely massive. Just a standard indeterminate, a bit over 5 feet (1.5 m) high. The fruits weighed 10.5+ oz (300+ g) and were very beautiful with an unusual color. The taste was good. It was stabilized and named by Sofia and Elena Danko. The variety is practically stable now.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a gorgeous large-fruited tomato with a chocolate-honey color (that&#8217;s its main version). The outside is beautiful, and the flesh inside is just as pretty and delicious. It has a marmalade texture, sweet, with hints of spice and fruity undertones! Fruits average 8.8-14 oz (250-400 g).<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a tall, exceptionally heavy yielding plant. You absolutely have to let the fruits fully ripen on the vine to experience the true magic of this tomato!<\/p>\n<p>Sliced up, Maple Syrup is pure marmalade!!
