It is incredibly rugged, capable of setting fruit in poor conditions when other varieties drop their blossoms. However, growers report disappointing fruit quality: the tomatoes range wildly in size from 1.5 oz to 9 oz (50-250 g), lack sweetness, and have large seeds with very watery locules. Furthermore, seeds are commonly sold by the SeDeK company, leading to unpredictable results. Full summary ↓

Growers’ Notes and Photos (USDA Zones 3-5 Experience)

M

Marishka (Marina) ⭐ Pro Grower (2,330 posts)

And here is what came out of the packet labeled “Kitayskiy Rozovyi” (Chinese Pink). The flavor is sweet and sour, definitely not that sugary meaty texture, the seeds are huge, and the seed locules are super watery.
