Gets about 20 inches (50 cm) tall, red fruits around 2 oz (60 g) with excellent flavor. Great for canning. Sets fruit like crazy and produces a massive crop.

Well, it pretty much lived up to the hype. Really is low maintenance and highly productive. The bush didn’t get tall out in the dirt, and I only suckered it below the first truss. Wouldn’t call it “ultra-early” in my garden, but definitely an early one. Red, and my fruits actually grew quite a bit larger than advertised, around 5.3 oz (150 g). I’m not usually a huge fan of plain red tomatoes, but I actually really liked the flavor on this one – it’s got a solid sweet kick, and the flesh is nice, buttery, and juicy.

A

Artemiy ⭐ Grower (506 posts)

📍 Vladimir Region, Russia (USDA Zone 4)

I seriously doubt the whole “no-prune” tomato concept, no such thing exists in nature.
