The fruits are oblate green-yellow beefsteaks, and when they get dead ripe, the skin takes on a bronze blush. Fruit weight is around 7-8.8 oz (200-250 g). The flesh is a gorgeous yellow-emerald color, with a really nice sweet-tart flavor profile. They don’t keep long once picked, they turn mushy pretty fast.
