In a greenhouse, it typically reaches about 1.7 meters (5.5 ft) in height. It has a “long-playing” harvest window, meaning it continues to set and ripen fruit late into the autumn season.

🍅 Fruit Characteristics: Large, oblate (flat-round) beefsteaks. The exterior color is a mesmerizing mix of dark purple, mahogany, and what growers describe as “antique terracotta.” Inside, the flesh is pinkish-purple, incredibly dense, and meaty. Average weight is 300g (10.5 oz), with the largest fruits reaching 500g (1 lb 1 oz).

👅 Flavor: Outstanding.
