Early. Cherry type, round, apricot-pink, weight around 0.7 oz (20 g). Super explosive sweet flavor. Firm, crack-resistant, don’t drop even when overripe. All-purpose.

Can be grown with multiple stems. At first, I tried to prune them to 2-3 stems, but it’s almost useless. Up to 12 berries per truss, foliage is small and compact. The yield is just an avalanche! Ripens uniformly on the truss, fruits right up until frost.

Mine turned out to be a vigorous plant with potato-leaf foliage, the leaves were massive, it started setting early and didn’t drop a single blossom, grew to 5.5 ft (1.7 m). I didn’t prune it, it somehow just grew into 3 stems on its own. The fruits are stunningly beautiful. Red (though they were supposed to be apricot-pink), hanging there like Christmas tree ornaments. Has a distinct tomatoey flavor, not bland and not sour, just right. I think it’ll be excellent for canning.

I’ll save seeds and also try sowing the original vendor seeds again; I think the genetics aren’t fully stabilized yet, but it’s a very worthy little tomato.

Edited August 15, 2020 by Drosera

I

Irina Volga (Irina) ⭐ Pro Grower (902 posts)

📍 Volgograd (USDA Zone 6)

Mine were a peach color.
