Grew a few plants both in the greenhouse and outdoors under temporary hoop cover. Even though I started seeds pretty late in early April, it still put on an impressive crop of large, red plum-shaped tomatoes.

Trusses held 3-4 fruits each, running 6-7.8 oz (170-220 g) and bigger. Dense, meaty interior, but still plenty juicy. Flavor was very solid in my book, well balanced with a good harmony of sweetness and tang. Firm skin too, so the tomatoes keep for quite a while after picking. Got the seeds from Tatiana Kouchnareva.

Edited September 14, 2016 by Drosera

Full Summary: Plant, Yield, Taste and Storage

🌿 Plant & Origin: An open-pollinated variety originating from Nebraska, USA (surfaced around 2007).
