The acidity is very soft, not sharp, just enough so the tomato isn&#8217;t bland and, on the other hand, doesn&#8217;t overpower the sweet note. They store quite well, fairly early, and the fruiting period is extended; I picked the first tomatoes at the end of June and the remnants are still hanging there, finishing ripening.
