Geisha variety – in the greenhouse the bush was just over 3.3 ft (1 m) tall. It has a very slender, compact footprint, meaning you can plant this variety closer together. I pruned it to two stems. The bush itself is beautiful and sturdy, the tomatoes are clustered in trusses of five, and every single blossom sets fruit on the truss. Weight is around 7 oz (200 g). The taste is very good! I love these completely fuss-free varieties, I will definitely repeat this one in the future. (Seeds were originally from Ukraine).
I agree with Irina, it’s a great variety and not a “diva”. Out in the open ground in 2015, it wasn’t very tall, about 2.3 ft (70 cm). The taste is very good.
I liked it very much. I had some old seed stock from Sergey Firsov, and I planted them because I really wanted to save some fresh seeds. Huge thanks to Sergey, his tomatoes always bring so much joy. They grow so strong and beautiful. 🙏
