The seeds were from Aelita-Agro. Anyway, here is what happened. I planted 1 bush outdoors in open ground, the care was minimal, and I didn’t prune the suckers at all. It grew as a determinate (even though it was claimed to be indeterminate), reaching about 50-60 cm (2 feet) tall. It was very sprawling, with a multitude of trusses.
The taste is sweetish with a slight tartness. It has a sugary, crystalline texture when you break it open and is not watery at all. It actually has a rather unusual taste for a small tomato—it tastes more like those large heart-shaped varieties.
My Rozovyi Sneg (from the same Aelita-Agro company) grew in the greenhouse. It turned out to be mid-late season, there was a massive amount of fruit, and the plant grew to be over 1.5 m (5 feet) tall.
I got totally fired up to grow this variety after watching a video on YouTube. The lady there praised it so highly and said she couldn’t find the seeds anywhere. She said, “If you see them anywhere, grab them without hesitation.” Well, I saw them and bravely grabbed a whole 2 packets! And I haven’t regretted it one bit. It’s going on my permanent grow list, definitely!!!

Here is what I got:
Tall, beautiful, pink, productive—in short, absolute tomato happiness! I also canned them in jars (the skin cracked a bit, but the insides didn’t leak out). I didn’t get “up to 50 tomatoes per truss” as claimed on the packet… but if you take into account that I basically just planted them, watered them, and, oh yeah, gave them ‘Fertika’ fertilizer exactly once… then this is a WOW result!!!!
