I couldn’t find a separate thread for it, but for me, this turned out to be a very worthy tomato in this difficult summer. Indeterminate, vigorous bush, mid-season maturity, bright raspberry-pink oblate tomatoes with slight ribbing. Mine averaged about 200g (7 oz). To my taste — it’s very good 👍. Productive! Whoever else grew it (and I know you girls did, especially those from its native region), please report in.
If this is a local variety, it needs to be selectively improved so it doesn’t just degenerate and fade into obscurity. Usually, these “accordion” (heavily ribbed) types are prone to fasciation (megablooms), which causes them to pollinate poorly. How did it perform for you in that regard?
I grew Bashkirskiy Krasavets in 2016. Indeterminate, tall bush with pink, heart-shaped fruits. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos left. 🙁
