Quick Summary of Ela 12
- 🌍 Origin: A new Polish breeding line. It is a cross between Malinowy Gigant (Pink Giant) and Albenga (a famous Italian pear/heart tomato, spelled “Albenaga” in the original post).
- 🌿 Plant Habit: Indeterminate. The bush is described as very sturdy, vigorous, and highly disease-resistant. Growers have had excellent results growing it in greenhouses, even on the cooler north-west side, heavily pruned to 2 stems.

Ela 12 (Malinowy Gigant x Albenaga)
Enormous, heavy, round-heart shaped fruits and there are a lot of them. The bush is sturdy and vigorous, doesn’t get sick.
Tasty, few seeds, solid meat. A new breeding release.

Ela 12
I grew it to 2 stems, both were loaded with large and tasty hearts. A magnificent variety.
