An excellent tomato! The absolute discovery of this season. The taste is exactly, one-to-one, like the Black Russian. BUT it ripens two to three weeks earlier than the latter! It was the very first one in the garden to start ripening.
Even with practically zero maintenance (agrotechnics) from me this year, the harvest was highly respectable. I got about 6 kg (13.2 lbs) per bush. I’m not exaggerating at all! 😳
The bush is tall, the fruits are oblate (flattened-round), brownish-red. Very delicious. The seeds were from V.D. Popenko. I’ll insert photos in a moment.
