They have small folds (ribbing) near the stem, a beautiful red-yellow-orange smoothly transitioning color, weighing up to 400 g (14 oz). The flesh is dense, tasty, and sweet.
I bought this variety because I really liked the name 😊. The source indicated that the leaf is potato-type (PL), but I only planted one seed and the leaf was regular (RL).
A worthy variety, justifies its name—beautiful, tasty, and not fussy. I pruned it to 2 stems, and it delighted me with a great harvest.
I planted this variety this year. Ripened mid-season, but closer to early. Beautiful shape and an unusual carrot color. Grows and yields well.
But it was one of the most tasteless, sour tomatoes of this season. It competed with “Chesnochniy” (Garlic tomato) for blandness. At the same time, nothing changed no matter how long the tomatoes hung on the bush. I didn’t save seeds. Perhaps I just got a bad phenotype/strain.
I planted it this season. Very beautiful and large bicolors, good flavor with both sweetness and tartness.
But I evaluate the taste only after I stop watering the greenhouses in August. Yes, I might lose some of the potential harvest on the upper trusses, but in return, my tomatoes are delicious and not watery.
