I have it growing under the name Zheltyi Riflenyi (Yellow Ruffled). Seeds from Gusev. 😞 But the tomato, I must say, is not bad. I liked it. I thought it would be a twin to Izmailskiy Rebristyi (Izmailsky Ribbed). No, they are completely different.

Mine had an ordinary, tomatoey flavor, nothing fancy 😎, but not dry at all, pleasant consistency!
By the way, to be fair, those 100 g (3.5 oz) tomatoes only started growing after I picked the biggest one! 👍
Tanya, I grew this beauty from your seeds, this is the largest fruit. There are a few smaller ones still hanging. I will grow it just for its beauty, despite the low yield. The color is yellow, brighter than yours, and it has a pink cap with rays (starburst) on the bottom.
This fruit wasn’t the largest one compared to the photo above. On the upper trusses, they grew 2 times larger, but they no longer had that beautiful pink star on the top.
Florentine Beauty grew outdoors in open ground. There weren’t many tomatoes, but wow, look at them!!! 😲 The smallest one on the upper truss was about 200 g (7 oz). The largest is in the photo. Seeds from Natasha-Yaroslavna. 🙏🙏🙏

Here is last year’s photo – Florentine Beauty is in the center of the table 🙂, and Izmailsky Ribbed is on the edges.
I grew it in the greenhouse for both seasons, indeterminate (tall), mid-season ripening. The flesh is juicy, firm, with a pleasant tomato flavor. A true beauty!

The most beautiful bush was in the seedling stage, and what bright and beautiful fruits! The first ones were juicier, and then they became quite dry. The plant was highly productive, grown to three stems, and three to four trusses set perfectly everywhere.
The photo shows only one branch, there are three in total, they didn’t all fit. The weight is definitely over 100 grams (3.5 oz).
🙂 I’ll add my Florentine Beauty here! The seeds were from Popenko. Honestly, I didn’t expect this to grow… The largest tomato of this year.
I grew Zheltyi Riflenyi (Yellow Ruffled) from Gusev, it’s completely different, just yellow, ribbed, and not large.
And this year, I sent my “beauty” on a trip to the compost pile with a gold medal 😡
I don’t plan to grow it anymore for now.

The bush grew in the greenhouse. At first, it started putting on too much vegetative growth (nitrogen toxicity), so I had to wait a long time for the fruit set 😄 but then it corrected itself and set a ton of beauty 😲
All the fruits are huge, 500 g (1.1 lbs) and more… firm, with slight hollow cavities.
I grew Yellow Ruffled – it has similar fruits, but they are much smaller.. Izmailsky Ribbed had no cavities and the color is lighter, with a slight pink tint on the blossom end…
A very beautiful variety, the decoration of the greenhouse – it grew right by the entrance. Very good yield grown to 2 stems. When I topped the plant (pinched the growing tips) right under the roof, the fruits that had already set rapidly increased in size. The largest was around 500 g (1.1 lbs). When sliced, it has hollow cavities, but the taste is good and the cross-section looks gorgeous. I will grow it again 👏
