- 🌍 Origin: An old, unregistered family heirloom originating from the Republic of Mordovia, Russia. Note: Russian breeder Dmitry Gusev sells a “Red” version of this tomato, but the strain featured here is the highly prized Pink/Raspberry version.

- 👅 Flavor & Texture: Exceptional. The flesh is incredibly dense, thick, and juicy with very few seeds. It has a tender texture and a rich, sweet, saturated flavor.
- ❄️ Climate Tolerance: Outstanding cold tolerance. Growers note that even during abnormally cold and wet summers, this variety performs flawlessly and is often one of the very first large indeterminate tomatoes to ripen in the garden.

It is presumably an old family heirloom originating from Mordovia. Indeterminate. Bush height is about 1.8m (6 ft). The fruits are beautiful, large, wide, bright pink hearts. They are delicious, meaty, juicy, and have very few seeds. For me, it turned out to be one of the earliest ripening varieties I grew. Very productive.

I believe this is a highly successful variety with massive yield potential in our climate conditions.
It was tested for extreme endurance during the freezing cold summer of 2019. Despite the fact that the summer was not summery at all, this variety started ripening in my greenhouse, just like Inna’s, as one of the very first.
At the beginning of ripening, the fruits first take on a pale pink color, and then turn a deep raspberry-crimson. The flesh is thick, delicious, and there are very few seeds in the fruits! The bushes are tall (1.7 – 1.8m / 5.5 – 6 ft in the greenhouse) with sparse, wispy foliage. The fruit weight averages 300g (10.5 oz), though the first ones are significantly larger.
When fully ripe, the fruits take on a thick raspberry color and have a very pleasant, rich taste with the most tender flesh.

The fruits are like flawless fairy-tale apples—at the beginning of ripening, they take on a pale pink color, then turn a deep raspberry. Weight is 150-250g (5-9 oz). The flesh is thick, delicious, and there are very few seeds in the fruits! The bushes are not heavily leafed (wispy foliage).
