Growers’ Notes and Photos (USDA Zones 4-6 Experience)
Indeterminate vine, gets about 5-5.5 ft (1.5-1.7 m) tall outdoors. It’s a mid-season and really productive variety. Barely needs any suckering at all. The fruit are total stunners: yellow-orange with a pink blush, up to 3.5 oz (100 g), looking just like real apricots. They have a light peach fuzz on the skin, don’t split, and have a fantastic sweet, dessert-like flavor. Sets 5-7 fruits per truss. Very tough, disease-resistant plant too – mine even shrugged off a brief cold snap and some snow.

Mine grew tall in the greenhouse. Fruit size was kind of all over the place – early ones were on the smaller side like cherries, and later trusses sized up more like 1.5-2 oz (40-60 g) cocktail tomatoes, though those late ones didn’t have time to ripen on the vine. Very pretty yellow color with a lovely blush. They really do look just like apricots! Flavor on the ones I had to ripen indoors off the vine didn’t really blow me away.
