Lenochka, your gift pleasantly surprises me year after year. I like it very much. It has exceptional keeping qualities, we ate the very last tomatoes of this variety at the end of November. Ideal for canning/pickling, as it is sturdy, with thick walls. And the yield always just goes off the charts.
Mine is from Svetik, a very productive variety, it doesn’t crack in jars, and it tastes good fresh.
In the polytunnel, the variety turned out to be productive, up to 2 meters (6.5 ft) tall. Due to the slightly acidic reaction of the soil, some fruits got hit by “vershinka” (Blossom End Rot). The fruits were meaty. The taste is ordinary, tomatoey.
Tell me, where is it preferable to plant Palmira, in the greenhouse or outside?

Thanks, I planted a lot of new varieties for myself and now I’m deciding what to put where.
Looking at the photos – it seems the leaf is regular… I have two seedlings – one with a regular leaf, the other with huge potato leaf burdocks… I left both. We’ll see. Seeds from the forum.

Mine has a regular leaf, seeds from Zolushka. They surprised me with thick stems, standing like strongmen. They stand out from the rest.
