Variety Palmira.
Originally a variety from “Gavrish”. Indeterminate, about 2 meters (6.5 ft) tall, cluster-type, very productive variety, pickling type, mid-late. The fruit is an orange, very dense icicle, buttery/oily on the cut. The variety is a real workhorse, sets fruit without skipping, the clusters are full, about 5-8 fruits per cluster. It grew in the open ground, the first clusters began to ripen in late July, early August. I sowed the seeds on February 2nd. It’s better to plant it in a greenhouse. Weight is 70-90 g (2.5-3.2 oz).

Yul, approximately 10-12 cm (4-4.7 inches), they can be slightly smaller or slightly larger. I don’t know how they behave in a greenhouse :-[.

Len, you characterized it so well – a workhorse, you really can’t say it any other way. I really liked it this year. Such dense icicles, I think they will be just right for pickling/canning. :thx: :thx: :thx:
Mine is also from Lena Danko :thx: – an excellent variety with good yield, the fruits are dense, store for a long time, and are good for preserves :yep: Fully ripened ones are actually very tasty fresh :niam: Grew in the greenhouse in 2 stems.
