- Storage: The seed cavities are small and located very close to the skin, making the tomato quite delicate. It does not store well and should be eaten or processed quickly after harvesting.

I got the seeds from Irina (St. Petersburg). It was the favorite of this summer in my garden. The fruits are very tasty, with more sweetness than acidity—juicy, buttery, with very few seeds. Fruit weight 200-300 g (7-10.5 oz).

Yes, Zulfiya, exactly like that.
A rather flimsy/wispy indeterminate, the fruits are heart-shaped, quite tasty, uniform, and large – 350-500 g (12-17.5 oz). Right now among the ripening ones, there is one fruit that will easily hit 600 g (21 oz)..

Variety Tsarevich, indeterminate, yellow hearts. Dense, tasty, buttery. I pruned it to two stems.

I think Irina has it in a greenhouse too, like me, because growing in open ground is a real problem here in the north, not everyone is willing to risk it.

Tsarevich is one of my favorite tomatoes. Large, tasty, and tall.
I really liked this tomato. I planted it just for some color variety in the greenhouse, not hoping that yellow tomatoes could be this tasty. Most often, mine turn out with a mild, muted flavor (with the exception of Kazakhstanskiy Zheltiy / Yellow Kazakh). This variety pleasantly surprised me. Very aromatic, buttery, the taste is not bland at all, and sweetness dominates. The only drawback is that it has very few seeds. I dug exactly 4 seeds out of this entire fruit. Will definitely plant it again!

I really liked the variety. It’s among my favorites now. This is the third truss, with two more above it. The yield wasn’t massive, but I hope that growing it from my own saved seeds will improve that.
