📌 Quick Summary (TL;DR): Connie’s Cain
- 🌍 Origin: A fantastic heirloom beefsteak variety known for its outstanding vigor and reliable production.
- 🌿 Plant Habit: Indeterminate (tall). This is a true monster of a plant! It grows exceptionally tall and vigorous, easily surpassing 3 meters (10 feet) in height under good conditions.
- 🍅 Fruit Characteristics: Classic, large beefsteaks weighing between 200-350 g (7-12 oz). Beautifully shaped and meaty.
- 👅 Flavor: Highly rated. It delivers that old-fashioned, perfectly balanced tomato flavor where the sweetness is perfectly offset by a rich tomato tang.

This is another one of the few varieties that performed absolutely magnificently this season. The bush is incredibly vigorous—mine grew over 3 meters (10 feet) tall!
It is a heavy yielder. I rate the overall taste a solid 5 out of 5, and the sweetness a 4.5. It earns that perfect 5 because of its incredibly well-balanced, classic tomato flavor. The fruits weighed in at 200–350 grams (7–12 oz).
