This is the determinate Pink Flamingo that grew for me in 2016. Seeds from a packet by the company “Vashe Khozyaystvo” (Your Household).
Description on the packet: Mid-season variety (110 – 118 days). Determinate plant. Plant height 140 cm (4.5 ft). (Actually, it was up to 50 cm / 1.6 ft). Fruits of delicate pink-raspberry color with no green shoulders, round shape, 150-200g (5-7 oz), no small fruits on the plant, very meaty, sweet, practically seedless. Productive. 3-5 fruits form per truss. Universal use.
My opinion: Plant height up to 50 cm, stocky dwarf/tree-type with rugose leaves, very similar to the description of Pink Flamingo from Poisk.
It set a lot of fruit, but my ripening time shifted because of hail damage in June. As for sweetness – in 2016 this was not the sweetest tomato variety for me. It wouldn’t hurt to repeat it to form a final opinion. But I didn’t include it in my 2017 list (too many other varieties I wanted to try).

Olya, how tall are the bushes right now? Mine won’t grow taller than 1.2 meters (4 ft) in the greenhouse, but the growing tip is very skinny. Maybe it’s just this kind of summer…

I want to rehabilitate the variety. The first two tomatoes were sour, but then they got sweeter 😋 The skin is a bit thick, but the variety is good. Visually everyone loves it for the long beak and the colored skin 👍

Very beautiful! For its beauty, you can easily forgive its unrefined taste and average yield.
For me, it grew outdoors in open ground! It spat on this cold and wet summer, and I would even call it highly productive.
And I have Pink Flamingo heart-shaped, that’s exactly how it was labeled on the seeds I received. The bush isn’t very tall, even in the greenhouse. The trusses with fruits are very beautiful, quite large hearts, meaty, juicy. I like these kinds, I plant it every year…

My tomato looks similar to yours. The shape varied within the trusses. I really liked the variety. Didn’t get sick, tasty, beautiful, meaty. It bravely withstood the difficult weather conditions of the summer of 2020, the drought.

There is indeed such a thing. There is a variety named “Ukrainian Pink Flamingo” — an indeterminate with relatively large pink fruits. And there is a variety with the same name “Pink Flamingo” of Russian breeding — which is determinate, and from different seed producers it is slightly different. I myself grew a tall determinate (about 1 meter) in open ground last year. I liked it.

I have seeds from the exact same source. From Olenka @Sergeevna. A huge thank you to her. The taste is a classic tomato flavor, well balanced in terms of acidity and sweetness. In open ground, it wasn’t tall. Not more than a meter (3.3 ft). It set a whole bunch of beautiful, good-sized hearts. Even though it grew in partial shade. It has entered my collection of favorites to repeat, alongside Large Pink from Ninuli.
