The seeds are just sitting there, I remember it’s plum-shaped, but nothing else 🤫
It grew outdoors in open ground, started setting fruit late, I thought I wouldn’t get anything. But then it took off growing and setting. However, it was one of the last to start coloring. The shape is a plum, but larger—around 200 grams (7 oz). I really liked the taste, a balanced mix of sweetness and tartness. The flesh is meaty and juicy 😋 Next year I’ll definitely repeat it—I want it both in open ground and the greenhouse. By height, I think it’s closer to indeterminates. I had to snap the tops off.

Nina, definitely plant it! I’ve been planting it for the fourth year. The first year it came as a seed mix-up (пересорт), and I was searching for its real name later because I liked it so much. In open ground, it was just over 1.5 meters (5 ft), and now under the greenhouse roof, it’s a true indeterminate, taller than 1.8 meters (6 ft). Yesterday I was picking from the very top for canning. You can use it in salads or in jars.
The “beaks” aren’t prominent everywhere, usually they are small.

This season I grew Pink Flamingo from Monakhova, and the seeds were sent to me by Valyusha from Izhevsk. It was labeled as heart-shaped. It grew in open ground, I really liked it. Indeterminate, the fruits are very large plums with a beak, or elongated hearts, of a rich pink color. One of the few that survived all the weather cataclysms this year outdoors, didn’t catch any diseases, and is still growing in the bed. I can’t find a photo of it on the bush, I only have the one I left to save seeds from.

This is my second year growing Pink Flamingo…. the dwarf/tree-type (штамбовый) one 😉
The variety is mid-season, closer to mid-late. Beautiful, non-stretching seedlings, excellent fruit set, but in my conditions it doesn’t always manage to fully ripen (this year it grew and ripened in the greenhouse 😎).
The fruits are pink chubby little barrels, slightly heart-shaped, meaty-buttery, sweet, with very few seeds. It’s a favorite 🌸
This year I grew Pink Flamingo from “Poisk”, the tomatoes look like wax but are tasty. Mid-season maturity, height about 50 cm (1.6 ft).
Pink Flamingo from Yaroslavna reached almost 2 meters (6.5 ft) tall in the greenhouse. The fruits were very beautiful, juicy, sweet.

I want to see the Pink Flamingo from our local seed company “Berta” — advertised as an indeterminate with large flat-round pink fruits.
I have 2 seedlings growing, very stocky… exactly like a determinate. My daughter “chewed up” the leaves on the side.

Mine is very frail/wispy, the top leaves curled inwards. I got scared and isolated it from the others, or maybe that’s just how it naturally grows?
Anyuta, I’m also growing it for the first time. I sowed seeds from one forum member — it was thiiiin, practically ringing like a wire. I re-sowed seeds from another forum member — exactly the same 😉
